Au printemps 2020, notre stagiaire en droit à la MCM Kelsey Ayow a organisé deux ateliers juridiques en ligne pour le Collectif des femmes de l'Église Unie de Beaconsfield sur le droit de la famille et la violence conjugale ainsi que sur les droits et responsabilités des réfugiés et des immigrants, avec plus de 100 participants à chaque atelier !
Un grand merci à Kelsey, à sa collègue étudiante en droit à McGill Robyn McDougal ainsi qu'à l'avocate des réfugiés et de l'immigration Daniela Dobrota.
PRÉSENTATION SUR LE DROIT DES RÉFUGIÉS
Destiné aux demandeurs d'asile et à leurs intervenants, le Guide de préparation à l'audience des demandeurs d'asile est mis à jour régulièrement.
La version française a été révisée par notre Cordonnatrice des cliniques Olga Houde en 2020.
